Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program at Toolooa State High School, located at 2 Philip St, Gladstone Central QLD 4680. This project includes refurbishing the existing school hall and associated rooms. Additionally, landscaping works are required to the adjacent courtyard area. Works are to commence in October 2017 with completion for Term 1, 2018. Works include design responsibility.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
