Albany Creek State High School Administration Building Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the administration building block at Albany Creek State High School, located at Albany Forest Drive, Albany Creek QLD 4035 as a school direct program.

The refurbishment works spans across the whole Administration building block consisting of delivering admin space, waiting area, student waiting area, sick room, secure store, reception, office spaces, delivery area, meeting room and conference room.

These works also include demolition and finishes on the associated spaces. Considering the nature of the building, all works are to be completed during the summer school holidays.

Works to commence on 17 December 2018. All works are to be completed by 22 January 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. Submissions close on Monday, 12 November 2018 at 3:00pm.
