Benaraby SS Sports Court Surface Repairs and Outdoor Learning Area (Design and Construction)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a outdoor learning area and repairs / resurfacing of the existing sports court at Benaraby State School, located at 17 O'Connor Road, Benaraby QLD 4680 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) Program.

The works include design and construction of a solid roof structure and concrete slab adjacent to the sports court. Installation of new asphalt over the existing sports court and resurfacing with new line marking. The position of the site is at the back of the school with ample site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 27 January 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
