Description
The scope of works of this project involves upgrades to level 2 and 3 of Building 94 at Garden Island.
Level 2 works: Ablutions upgrade, including 22 x showers, 7 x toilets and locker rooms (200 lockers).
Level 3 works: New open plan office accommodation for use by ship crews while ships are docked at Garden Island. Includes open plan office (39 workstations), 2 x closed offices, 1 x meeting room, 1 x training room, 1 x new communications room, ablutions upgrade, kitchenette and utility area. Also includes mechanical services to service the area. Upgrade goods lift to passenger lift- car and motor.
