UGL Services is contracted to provide Property Management Services to the Australian Taxation Office.On behalf of the Australian Taxation Office (Client), UGL Services is undertaking an Expression of Interest (EOI) process for the provision of office accommodation (Premises) in Brisbane CBD.The objective of conducting the EOI and RFP processes is to secure the best possible outcome in meeting the Client's requirements and achieve overall value for money for the Client. The EOIs received will be evaluated against the specified evaluation criteria to establish a shortlist of prospective Respondents who are assessed as having the highest potential to provide Premises to the required standard.
