Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works inclusive of fire damage repair works at Lot 240 16 Target Road, Yakamia, WA 6330.

The Work includes but is not limited to the following

  • Preliminaries, Site Works and General Demolition
  • Internal/External Carpentry Joinery and Doors
  • Cabinetry
  • Roof works
  • Gyprock and Insulation
  • Bricklayer
  • Metal works and windows
  • Glazier
  • Plumber
  • Convert electric appliances
  • Electrical
  • Plaster
  • Floor and Wall
  • Fencing
  • Painting
  • Cleaning
  • Carport and Shed
  • Patio
  • External Works
  • Carport Roller Door
  • All work to convert dining into 6th bedroom
  • All Fire Damage (inc Entry, Bed 1, Ensuite, Lounge, Smoke damage to Bed 2 and Replace Smoke Damaged Eaves

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
