The proposed procurement activity is an open tender to engage the services of specialist leak detection contractors to conduct on-the-ground surveying at high priority Local Water Utilities (LWU) to identify water leaks, maintenance & repair issues and to provide a detailed report with leak locations pinpointed via GIS software as well as highlighting other identified asset maintenance issues.
