Lot 350 (30) Lombardy Cres, Caversham and Lot 175 (44) Victoria Pde, Midvale are to be fully demolished and the site cleared for re-development. Side boundary fences are to remain. Water meters are to remain. All trees, bushes & roots on the site are to be removed. Proof digging / raking down to a depth of 600mm is to be completed and all rubbish, tree roots over 75mm and uncovered asbestos to be removed. All grass is to be dug out and removed from the site, within the property boundary. All paving, driveways, outbuildings, loose items, wing fences and clotheslines are to be removed. Council Crossovers are to remain. Site to be raked and sifted to remove all vegetation and rubbish. Asbestos conditions outlined in 44 Victoria Pde, Midvale BCA Reports are attached – please treat suspected materials as asbestos and dispose of accordingly.
