Description
This Request for Tender is for demolition of all structures at the Department of Housing properties located at Lot 506 (10) Ryans Court, Redcliffe and Lot 505 (12) Ryans Court, Redcliffe as per the scope of works. Please note the Department has amended the Request for Tender to include contribution to the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund Levy.
The building/demolition licence to be provided by the Housing Authority after the Contract has been signed.
Asbestos removal forms a part of this tender submission.
