Security Services for Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority

MRA wishes to obtain proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Security Services for the MRA across various Redevelopment Areas.

The Services may include static guard services, mobile patrols and alarm response, as and when required at the sites.

Mandatory site inspection

Mandatory site inspections will be conducted on Friday, 15 May 2015, as follows:

• Perth Cultural Centre from 9:00am – 10.00am (WST).
• East Perth Power Station from 10:30am – 11.00am (WST).
• Midland Workshops from 11:30am – 12.30pm (WST).

Respondents will be required to meet at9:00 am sharp near the big TV screen at the Perth Cultural Centre (PCC) amphitheatre.

Transport will be provided by the MRA to visit other sites and return back to the PCC on completion of the inspections.

Please note a maximum of two representatives per company may attend the mandatory site inspections.
