Description
West Coast Institute of Training (WCIT) in conjunction with the City of Joondalup intends to establish a ‘co-working space’ on WCIT’s Kendrew Crescent, Joondalup campus. The co-working space will provide entities of all types, a location where they can transact while interacting with other like-minded people. It is anticipated the co-working space will initially include eighteen (18) desks and chairs and ancillary supporting facilities.
WCIT is seeking to engage an organisation experienced and quantifiably successful in managing facilities to manage the proposed WCIT co-working space.
