Description
The Disability Services Commission is seeking to further expand the Panel Contract of Disability Sector Organisations (Service Providers) to deliver a range of diverse, innovative and flexible services to people with disability, living in the Perth metropolitan region, the Western Australian (WA) National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) trial site in the Perth Hills region, the WA NDIS My Way trial sites in the Lower South West, and post 1 July 2015 the WA NDIS My Way trial Cockburn-Kwinana regions of Western Australia. The delivery of services will be in accordance with individual plans and funding packages.
