Description
To undertake appraisals of Tasmanian HACC funded services against the HACC National Service Standards Instrument and Guidelines. The Standards Instrument and Guidelines provide a nationally consistent means of appraising the extent to which individual agencies are complying with the HACC National Service Standards. HACC services in Tasmania are provided by both government and non government organisations and include, but not limited to, home maintenance and modifications, domestic assistance, delivered meals, in-home and day respite, personal care, community nursing, allied health, transport, community options projects, and information and advocacy.
