Assistance with the Initiation Phase to Enable the Development of a Framework for Enterprise Architecture in the Tasmanian Government

The Department of Premier and Cabinet invites suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit tenders for a consultancy to assist with the initiation phase to enable the development of an Enterprise Architecture Framework for the Tasmanian Government. The objectives of the consultancy are to: Raise the awareness of, develop a common understanding of the scope of, and endorsement of the potential for the application of, Enterprise Architecture across the Tasmanian Government; and Develop a practical and pragmatic way forward for the implementation of Enterprise Architecture across the Tasmanian Government. In addition, ongoing assistance and mentoring for the Department during the implementation phase of the Enterprise Architecture is required on a needs basis.
