Provision of Intermittent Care Services Flexible Residential Care Packages

Royal Hobart Hospital is seeking a Contractor to deliver short-term residential care arrangements for up to twenty-two short-term flexible care places in an existing facility - Karingal at St. Johns Park, New Town for persons who have suffered a medical or social event which has created in them an inability to cope normally in the community and which requires them to have care accommodation in a residential facility. As this is a Pilot Program, Tenderers are encouraged to offer options or solutions which in a novel or innovative way, contribute to the Department's ability to undertake the Provision of Intermittent Care Residential Services. These may be related to the functional, performance and technical aspects of the requirements stated in the Tender documentation.
