Venues Canberra is seeking the services of a of a design consultant/technical advisor to develop a precinct plan for the EPIC site, a feasibility design for a 10,000m2 multipurpose exhibition space with community use facilities, costings for the precinct plan and exhibition space to inform the stage 2 business case for capital funding approval, to preparation of a comprehensive potential land divestment and EPIC reinvestment strategy, and the preparation of the stage 2 business case for capital funding approval.
