Provision of Instructional Design Services

Through this Request, Finance is seeking the services of professional instructional designers with current knowledge and expertise in e-learning authoring software to create online and mobile training modules that are compatible with the Articulate 360 suite of products.

The requirements are to develop online learning modules based on pre-determined content using the Articulate 360 suite of products and conforming to Finance's Brand Guidelines and Writing Guide.

Finance provides online training to a wide range of internal and external customers. The e-learning packages developed under this Contract will be deployed via Finance’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Finance is seeking to create a panel arrangement with two (2) or three (3) panel members, however, reserves the right to create a larger panel of Contractors, or to appoint a single Contractor.

Finance expects to create or edit up to eight (8) e-learning modules per annum, however this is an estimate only, and this Contract does not include any guaranteed minimum work volumes. The actual amount of work available to the Contractors under this Contract may fluctuate during the term of the Contract.
