Provision of Application Systems Support and Project Services

The Shared Information Services Directorate within Corporate Services is responsible for the provison of a range of IT services and IT contract management for both the Deparment of the Attorney General (the Customer) and the Deparment of Corrective Serives (DCS).
Application support services for the Customer are currently provided under a contract. This includes services for DCS relating to corporate applications that are managed by the Customer but shared across the two departments, such as the Human Resource Management software (Alesco) and Financial Management Information System (FMIS). In addition, the services encompass online services systems for both departments.
The services to be provided under this new Contract will be for the maintenance and support of existing application systems and include provision to undertake project work, including system development projects.
