Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the refurbishment of the Manual Arts Rooms and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Warwick Senior High School
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Monday 8th October 2012.
Documents will be available for pickup on Tuesday 9th October 2012 between 9.00am and 4.00pm

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Wednesday 10th October 2012 at Warwick Senior High School, 355 Erindale Road, Warwick WA 6024.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
