Description

The Government Employees Superannuation Board (GESB) seeks to appoint a consultant to assist with the preparation and evaluation of a tender for its master custodian services. The master custodian is responsible for safeguarding GESB’s financial assets.

The successful Respondent will carry out a master global custody search, conduct a market based review of GESB’s current services, determine ongoing requirements, assess evolving industry trends and assist with the creation and implementation of a ‘market best practice’ master custody agreement. In addition, the successful Respondent will assist GESB with the development of the Request and offer technical advice during the evaluation process. In the event the tender process results in the appointment of a master custodian other than the incumbent, the successful Respondent may be required to prepare, manage and sign off on the transition to the new custodian.

The Respondent must have provided master global custody consulting services for a minimum of five (5) years and the proposed Project Leader / Manager must have a minimum of five (5) years experience providing master global custody consulting services.
