Provision of Handyman Maintenance Services to Whiteman Park

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (the Department), on behalf of the Western Australian Planning Commission, is seeking Tenders for the "Provision of Handyman Maintenance Services” for Whiteman Park. The Contractor shall undertake maintenance, minor construction and refurbishment works for Whiteman Park, primarily on buildings, structures and other built infrastructure including, but not limited to approximately 78 buildings and other structures. The purpose of this Request is for Whiteman Park to procure a dedicated Contractor with sufficient capacity to provide consistent personnel and make Whiteman Park its prime service delivery point. The Contractor will be required to attend site to rectify a list of defaults based on a maintenance schedule provided to them in the week preceding.
