Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) operates a bicycle and recreational equipment hire business on Rottnest Island – Pedal and Flipper. It is the largest bike hire facility in the Southern Hemisphere, with over 2,000 product types for hire including bikes, trailers, mobility assist devices and more.
RIA is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Architect to design a contemporary recreational and product hire facility to meet Pedal and Flipper’s current visitor demand and future growth. Enhancing the facility surrounds to implement initiatives outlined in Rottnest Island Management Plan RIMP 2020-24.
