Description
The Department of Transport (DoT) operates the Johns Creek Boat Harbour facility at Point Samson in the North West of WA.
A new office building is required for the Department’s Harbour Coordinator and other Departmental personnel who may be working at the Harbour.
The works to be carried out under this project (Works Under Contract, WUC) are the design, supply and installation of a cyclone rated single storey building to provide a turnkey operation. The preferred option is a transportable building which will minimise the construction works on site however; other options may be acceptable provided that they comply with the specifications of the brief.
