Description
IP Australia is seeking to design a comprehensive patent examination training program for overseas offices based on the training program delivered domestically. Participation in this program will enable examiners to independently search and examine patent applications to a competency that is equivalent to reaching IP Australia's threshold for examining to Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) standards. It is expected that a large proportion of this training will be delivered on line via e-learning modules and using virtual real time technology.
