Description
The project consists of the replacement of central plant equipment and air handling unit control valves at the Karratha TAFE Campus, Karratha, Western Australia.
This portion of the works consists of:
New chiller plant including air cooled chiller, pumps and piping to accommodate the replacements.
Installation of new control valves
Building Management System (BMS) replacement to suit the new chiller installation and replicate the existing air handling plant control.
