Westfield Park PS(CPC) Relocate AC & Replace Roof Sheets

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake relocate AC/s and replace roof sheets at Westfield Primary School Parent and Teacher Centre located at 11 Hemingway Drive Camillo WA 6111. The Work includes but is not limited to Isolate, Disconnect and Remove all roof mounted condensers and fan systems (including evaporative system supplying kitchen area)Terminate and make safe the electrics to allow re-roofing.Re-install evaporative system in kitchen (including any exhaust and outside air systems currently in operation)Re-install all condensers to ground level (with cages and 42886 padlocks)Reconnect condensers with new pipe works and all associated electrical concealed in pipe cover,Replace roof metal sheeting with new ones and waterproofing of roof penetration,Allow for all associated builders work (including upstands, under flashings, trim and the like)Testing and Commissioning of A/C Units Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
