- Provide personnel to fill the roles Wellsite manager, company person, completion engineer, HSE advisor & Mine Operator. - Assist with the procurement & contracting of services required to complete the Project, including provision of specifications and technical scope for tenders. Provide list of suitable suppliers and assist with evaluation of submissions & contract negotiations. - Assist with preliminary project planning, including engineering & design, development of project schedule, costs, HSE plans. Plan/manage site preparation, finalise detailed flow test plans & completions design, undertake planning to mobilise workover rig & services, equipment, materials & personnel to site. - Provide Authority for Expenditure & budgetary scoping, monitor & report project costs, audit of invoices for the Project. - Provide additional goods & services for the Project, including inspections of workover rig & completions equipment, satellite link for field communications. - Operations management & supervision through preparation & execution, fulfilling the role of Principal Contractor on site & managing the onsite/offsite coordination & supervision of all services for the program during site preparation, completion & flow test operations, & site remediation. Responsible for the day-to-day project management, engineering & logistics, ensuring the completion & flow test programs are delivered, HSE quality management, advise on decisions regarding completion & flow test operations.
