Particulars
Work required from a vendor to understand the user journeys for licencing and approvals across a range of water licence application types and then design a decision-tree tool to guide customers to the license they require through a simple to use process. While designing the tool the vendor will be required to facilitate the review and possible rewriting of Water Licensing and Approvals related content across multiple websites to consolidate content where it makes for a better user journey and also achieve deduplication of content.
