Water Literacy Program - Engagement Consultant Services

Brief Scope of Works

The scope of works is to support GVW to design, and progress delivery of, Phase 1 of the Water Literacy Program. This will include:

· Establishing a baseline of water literacy across GVW’s service region and key customer demographics through targeted research

· Developing and implementing tailored engagement strategies informed by research insights to improve water literacy across the service region

· Working with GVW staff to integrate the Water Literacy Program into existing communication and engagement activities, including school and community education program, external communications and upcoming Price Plan 6, aligning with our Strategy 2035.

· Establishing an evidence-based approach to monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the Water Literacy Program.
