CQUniversity is inviting submissions from suitably qualified, registered and experienced tenderers and their experienced additional contractors, for the Design and Construction (D&C) for the TAFE Centre of Excellence project at our Rockhampton North campus. These works include the building and associated facilities as well as procurement of specialised equipment required for the successful delivery of the project.

CQUniversity has been granted funding from the Queensland Government for the development of the following project.

Rockhampton - TAFE Centre of Excellence. Relocation of bricklaying, plumbing, carpentry, cabinet making, and construction trade training from the Rockhampton City campus to the Rockhampton North campus. Currently located at the Rockhampton City campus this project allows the University to relocate and provide modern training facilities for our students and staff.

For detailed information on the specific services sought under this tender, please review the "Procurement Invitation Form RFQ" in "Schedule 1 – Scope of Requirements and Specifications" page 5 of 7 and at the following link.

It is a mandatory requirement for tenderers to attend the site meeting as detailed below to be a conforming tender.
