Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through Arts Queensland, Department of the Premier and Cabinet) in relation to Invitation to Offer No. AQ 022/2012 to undertake a study assessing the immediate and long-term need for major performing arts infrastructure within Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland. The study involves:

Part A: Benchmarking – compare Brisbane to other cities / regions of comparable size, scale and attributes within Australia and around the world, and undertake a scan of world class performing arts venues within Australia and around the world to identify state-of-the-art technical requirements.

Part B: Needs analysis – undertake a long-term needs analysis to forecast the scale and quantum of performing arts venues needed in Brisbane by 2030.

Offerors are required to submit a proposal that addresses the evaluation criteria and outlines the proposed methodology to be used, in addition to completing the response forms in Part 6 of the Invitation to Offer document.
