Electrical Contractor - Stage 19 and 20, Fitzgibbon Chase, Fitzgibbon

Economic Development Queensland invites tenders for electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works for Stages 19 and 20 also known as (also known as Area G2A & G2B) at the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Fitzgibbon.

This invitation to tender has been prepared by JJ Van der Boor & Associated on behalf of Economic Development Queensland in conjunction with its electrical consultant JJ van der Boor & Associates.

The work for this contract includes the electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works for a 49 and 41 lot subdivision located in Stages 19 and Stage 20 which is not separable portions. This project also includes the provision of some underground distribution pits as part of an EDQ/Energex trial.

It is intended to novate the successful Electrical Contractor into the Civil Works contract.

This is a single lump sum contract. The bill of quantities does not form part of the contract and will be included for variation purposes only.

Manadatory Requirement - Energex Accreditaiton - Proof of Energex accreditation with electrical A rating i is required for this tender.
