Description
The main objective of this project is to develop a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (DW/BI) Strategy that supports the strategic objectives of the University. Additional objectives include the development of a business case for, the investment in and implementation of, a DW/BI Strategy; an educative process for key stakeholders on DW/BI best practice and data governance principles; a review of the current state of DW/BI at the University; and the development of recommendations for the implementation of a DW/BI Strategy. The focus of this project is on the analytical and business intelligence needs of the University.
