• High-level design documentation prior to implementation
• Detailed as-built documentation after implementation
• Hardware including servers or cloud based infrastructure.
• License Keys.
• Integration with other appropriate technologies
• System testing.
• Transition from the existing system
• Technical staff training and provision of vendor troubleshooting documentation.
• Support contact details
• Ongoing support, subscription and maintenance.
• Regular review meetings with the reseller and manufacturer of the solutions
• Mechanism to engage professional services for future engagements.

It does not include:

• Risk assessment services.
• Industry engagement.
• Resolution of existing issues within the current Email or Web Gateway systems.
