1. Review of HI’s contract documents Review of the ECI and GC21 general conditions, special conditions and preliminaries prior to release to the market with a particular focus on: a. Ensuring the document terms are aligned and documentation structure effectively manages risk between ECI, early works and main works activities b. Advising HI on its risk profile and testing whether this may require re-calibration, having regard to current market trends regarding contractor claims and approaches to risk allocation c. Identifying areas for improvement 2. Advising HI on tenderer’s departures to the contract documents for the purpose of tender assessment and contract negotiations 3. Finalising Contract Documentation to allow for Award of the ECI
