Rochedale State School Outdoor Learning Area with Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Outdoor Learning Area at Rochedale State School, located at 694 Rochedale Road, Rochedale QLD 4123 as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The general scope of works includes the construction of tiered seating, decking and a dry creek bed, installation of artificial turf as well as general landscaping improvements to the area. The position of the site is at the back of the school with limited site access. All works are to be completed by January 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance for the tendering entity to the value of $1 Million.
