Refurbishment of Cultural Precinct Service Yard

Arts Queensland (AQ) seeks to engage a suitably qualified contractor to complete the refurbishment works (including building, painting and electrical trade disciplines) within the Cultural Precinct Service Yard. The works are to be performed in accordance with the specification, and are required to be completed prior to 31 December 2012.

Mandatory Industry Briefing:
AQ will be hosting a Mandatory Industry Briefing at 10:00am on Tuesday, 30 October 2012 at the Arts Queensland Property & Facilities office, 3/31 Merivale Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, which will be followed by a work site inspection. If attending, please register as indicated in Section 2 of Additional Provisions to Tender document. Attendance is mandatory, and Tenderer’s who do not attend this MIB will not be eligible to submit a Tender.
