The Assets and Property Services Unit (APSU), Department of Health maintains a suite of ‘maintenance tasks specification’ used by the Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) for the development of routine task lists in the Computerised Maintenance Management System and service contracts.
Queensland Health is seeking proposals which include all the necessary services to undertake a high level review of the suite of maintenance task specifications.
