Ormeau State School New Covered Area and landscaping (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education is inviting tenders for the construction of a new covered area, new sandstone seating arrangement through out the outdoor prep area. Replacement of old AstroTurfing, New DoE approved fencing and one new sandpit. The works include Design and Construction and generally comprise of the removal of concrete and pavers for new concrete works under the covered roof, removal of about 50LM of fencing, minor earth works in preparation of new AstroTurf to create:

• New covered area
• Installation of new A grade sandstone seating
• Constrution of a new sand pit
• New DoE approved fencing

Site visit details: Recommended Site Visit on Tuesday 6th of October 2021 at 2:00pm - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Monday 4th October 2021. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
