Provision of Station Signage Manufacture and Installation

Maintaining high quality signage at stations enhances passenger experience, safety, and overall efficiency at stations. Due to the expansion of the Transperth network our core business is growing. This growth has led to the accumulation of station signage maintenance works required to keep station and car park signage in good working order. The PTA has a separate nominated sign contractor, the purpose of this contract is to secure another sign contractor to ensure signage maintenance works continue being delivered during a period of expansion on the PTA network. Scope: General sign inspection, design, manufacture, installation and removal services for PTA stations and facilities. Primarily this contract is to support the ongoing sign maintenance and replacement program for Transperth and Transwa train, ferry and bus stations. And for ad-hoc signage works deemed suitable by the PTA. Specification: Manufacture and install signage in accordance with specifications detailed in the PTA?s Signage Guide and or PTA supplied Station Sign Packages and artwork files. Carrying sufficient spare parts/materials and sign panels to ensure that works can be completed within the specified timeframes. Co-ordinate the manufacture and installation of signage within the required priorities and specified timeframes of each project. Undertake audits of station signage / infrastructure as requested by the PTA and provide the results in a format determined by the PTA. Where possible, recycling signage materials. Provide before and after photographs of each sign for verification of proof of completed works.
