Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the demolition and removal of an existing building at Windsor State School, located at 2 Harris Lane, Windsor QLD 4030 as part of a school-direct funded project.
The project includes careful demolition of an old hall building, retaining some of the existing structure for reuse elsewhere, disconnecting and capping off of all services and removing all debris from the site. The building slab is to remain and be covered with an asphalt topping. All works to be completed by the 25 January 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from building contractors with a minium QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
