Included as part of the Fire Hydrant System ugrades (Program), the State of Queensland through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Energy and Public Works for Department of Education (The Principal) invites you to submit an offer for project SEQSTG11B3FIRE1 - CLONTARF BEACH SHS, HUMPYBONG SS - DoE Fire Hydrant System upgrades - Stage 11 Bundle 3

Mandatory Tender Requirement: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide documents, consider or accept a tenderunless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for that PQCLevel (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include but not limited to:

1. PQC Level 2
2. Relevant licence required
3. Relevant Insurances required
4. Returnable documents as part of the tender submission are available on eTender and they are;

PQC Eligibility Criteria: All the below are mandatory to be able to apply for this tender;

• Areas of operation: Brisbane - Mainland
• Required office location: Brisbane
• Procurement system contract category: Design and Construction Management (Lump Sum)
• Service category: Maintenance (other than service maintenance contracts)
• Service activities: General Building: Low - conventional design incorporating commonly used trades, generally less than $2000/m2 (eg a school building)
• Project type: Education - Schools - school complexes
• Project environment: Medium - within a day use facility
