Description of the goods and services to be provided
The AHO seeks to engage the Professional Services of Nama Jalu Consulting to deliver Phase 2 of the AHO Strategy (2028 – 2038) based on the deliverables and outcomes from Phase 1. The services include key deliverables of: - Completion of consultations to end of April as per Engagement Plan. - Initial draft of Strategy (this is on the project plan for the AHO Board on 18 June) - Completion of all consultations as per the Engagement Plan - Final draft of Strategy end July (final draft to have updates based on feedback on initial draft). Other key deliverables include: - Consultation tools finalised - Input into engagement and communications collateral development, including stakeholder survey - Change Register updated and shared to AHO at frequent intervals - Preliminary Report ‘What we’ve Heard’ -Completion of Evidence Register.
