Detailed proposals are sought which meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in the promotion of major projects or public facilities;
- An understanding of the national and international tourism markets including an understanding of the operations of both the public and private sector;
- Creativity in maintaining and increasing brand awareness and positioning strategies;
- Demonstrated ability to add value to the project and not merely reflect the status quo;
- Adequate resources to implement the campaigns;
- Special consideration will be given to practitioners who can demonstrate skills and experience in areas such as strategic development and positioning,
- The agency/consortium must have an office in Adelaide, although preference will be given to those who can demonstrate an ability to provide a national focus to the tasks; and
- National and international affiliations would be an advantage
