Civil Structure Maintenance Crew (Cyclic and Ad-hoc Maintenance Works)

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) Network and Infrastructure (N&I) Civil Branch is responsible for managing and maintaining all civil infrastructure on the network to support train services' safe and reliable operation. The branch has an ongoing requirement for general works for civil maintenance, construction, and minor capital/operational projects, which include both new works and ongoing maintenance/repair work. This service is crucial in providing maintenance, construction, upgrades, and modifications of the N&I Civil Branch assets, contributing to the PTA network's overall performance, reliability, and compliance. Failure to deliver this service would significantly impact the operability and continuity of service on the PTA network, particularly as the network expands and current projects come online. The Scope of Services for this brief includes providing a Civil Structure maintenance crew for cyclic and ad-hoc maintenance works on N&I Civil branch assets, including, but not limited to, Bridges, Footbridges, Underpasses, and Culverts throughout the PTA Network. The scope of the amendment work is limited to the following items: Provision of a Structures Maintenance Crew ? 1st Crew 1x Supervisor (optional with Protection Officer Level 1 Accreditation)2x Leading Hand (optional with Protection Officer Level 1 Accreditation) 2x Carpenter/Welder (Boiler Maker)1x Protection Officer 1, or 2 with PRES or 3 with PRES to suit required safe working requirements. (Note ? that the PO1 may not be required for work that takes place outside of the Rail Reserve, where safe working is not required)
