Provision of services to assist the Executive Officer Talent Review Program

The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender to engage a specialist provider to assist with identifying and developing leadership capability within the Department.The Talent Review program will span 12 months and will involve program design, assessment, debriefing, benchmarking and calibration of results.A key outcome of the Talent Review Program will be to assist creation of 3-year development plans for Executives to be incorporated into formal performance management processes.
