The SHERP is to aid in the WA Covid-19 economic recovery and support the WA Construction industry while improving the lifespan and quality of homes available for social housing. While the primary objective of SHERP is about creating jobs in the building and construction industry, SHERP also provides an opportunity to focus on employment outcomes for members of the community who experience barriers to employment and for those who are disproportionately impacted by the economic and social impacts of COVID-19. As part of this package Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works as per attached scope of works at a vacant property located at 8B Lewington Lane, Carnarvon, WA, 6701.
