Description
The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) seeks to appoint a Consultancy to provide Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FFE) advisory services for the New Metro Facility (NMF) project. The NMF will be DPIRD's new location for the Primary Industries Development and Sustainability and Biosecurity metro-based teams and functions. This new facility will be focused on Diagnostic Laboratory Services and Research and Development encompassing fit for purpose laboratories. Some services required from the Consultancy may include (but not limited to) the following:
- Managing transition of DPIRD's current FFE information into the NMF FFE Master Schedule.
- Assistance with any required DPIRD procurement.
- Developing the transition plan from Kensington facility to NMF.
- Relocation to the NMF.
The FFE Advisory Services provider is required to provide FFE advice and assistance for all FFE aspects of the NMF project for which DPIRD as client agency is responsible for, from commencement of Schematic Design to completion of DPIRD transition to operations.
