Austrade is seeking to identify a solution that will provide a robust event management solution to underpin the delivery of the above. What we are looking for is a solution that will allow attendees to walk away with insights and knowledge about markets and with new international connections for business, not a negative experience where they had technical difficulties with limited engagement before, during and after the event.
Austrade is seeking quotes for a Software as a Service (SaaS) Events Management Digital Solution that will provide:
(i) Engaging and consistent attendee experiences for physical, virtual and hybrid events.
(ii) Events that are professional and polished to showcase Australian industry capabilities and the Australian and Austrade brand.
(iii) Events that will facilitate B2B and B2C business matching.
(iv) A variety of functions that will satisfy the full spectrum of event type combination requirements for Austrade’s global network.
(v) A personalised digital experience for attendees as a component of Austrade’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
