Description
ServiceNet is the government's Internet Service Provider (ISP) and is operated by the Department of Finance. Through this Request, ServiceNet seeks to establish a panel contract for the provision of Internet bandwidth and associated services.
It is anticipated that one or more Contractors will be appointed. The final number of appointed Contractors will be determined following the evaluation process. It is envisaged that all Contractors will provide Internet bandwidth and asociated services that will automatically activate using BGP (Border Gateway Protocol). Internet traffic may be shared between all or any of the Contractors at any time throughout the Contract Term at the complete discretion of ServiceNet.
